What we did
J&T fabricated & installed two RO water ring mains, which where used to supply 16 various sterilization units. This project Included full MDR and QA of work with borescope images of welds and hydrostatic testing. The water system was designed by Continental Water to supply treated water to Getinge sterilization units.
All work was completed to the standard AS4187 (Reprocessing of reusable medical devices in health service organizations), to ensure the highest quality of work was delivered and all requirements meet for the current as well as future requirements of the sterilization equipment.
Our expertise was vital in ensuring the high standards that any Reverse Osmosis project requires where achieved, this was helped by the high standards our orbital welder can constantly deliver.
