Our factory workflow allows us to progress your job through our different workshop stations to achieve the quickest possible turnaround, depending on the exact specifications of your project, those processes can include:

  • Hydraulic Press

  • Guillotining

  • Punching and Shears

  • Rollers

  • Bandsaw

  • Pipe Rotators and Manipulators

  • Victaulic roll grooving in stainless and carbon steel pipe sizes up to 1524OD in both standard and AGS groove styles by certified staff.

     

Products that require Laser cutting, machining of surfaces or components can be accommodated and we can supply galvanised, zinc coated or powder coated finishes to your product.

J & T Mechanical Installation is ASSDA accredited, also ISO 9001 compliant fabricator. Our Welding technology and highly qualified and certified welders means our procedures and practices are maintained and supervised to ensure compliance to the relevant Australian Welding Standards.
